Use a simple table export: one sheet, column headers in the first row, and one record per line. We process the first sheet only. Title rows, logos, or tables that start below row 1 may be misread — delete extra rows above your headers or export just the data tab before uploading. Download the example .xlsx from your dashboard to see a supported layout (any column names work).

Free plans support up to 10,000 rows and 5 MB files. Pro supports up to 500,000 rows and 50 MB files.

Duplicate rows, extra whitespace, inconsistent capitalization, mixed date formats, malformed emails, inconsistent phone numbers, empty rows and columns, mixed data types, and duplicate people when email and name match. Values we cannot safely guess — missing cells, invalid dates, duplicate emails with different names — are highlighted for manual review.

We only apply fixes you approve. Download a report first with zero changes, or apply safe fixes after review. Original files are kept until the retention period expires.

Yes. After analysis you get a plain-language summary, issue breakdown, and before/after preview. Download an Excel report with planned changes (no edits applied), or click apply when you are ready.

Yes. CSV is fully supported for cleanup and download. For yellow, red, and blue cell highlights plus Legend and Changes sheets, download the Excel (.xlsx) version after cleaning.

Yes. Upload .xlsx or .xls directly. Excel downloads include color-coded highlights for manual review, a Legend sheet explaining each color, and a Changes sheet listing every auto-fix.

Yes. Before applying fixes, download an Excel report that shows detected issues, highlighted cells, and planned changes — your original data stays untouched.

Yellow marks missing values to fill in. Red marks invalid values (e.g. impossible dates). Blue marks duplicate emails or IDs that need a human decision. Highlights appear in Excel downloads and in the dashboard preview.

Yes. You get 3 cleanings per month on the free plan. Analyzing a file is always free — you only use a cleaning credit when you apply fixes and download.

Upgrade to Pro for higher limits and full cleanup rules. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar. Cancel anytime from your billing portal.

Files are stored privately and automatically deleted after 7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro. Downloads go through your account only — buckets are not public.
