Your spreadsheets may contain sensitive business data. We treat them accordingly — private storage, encrypted transport, and automatic deletion.
Private file storage
Files are stored in private object storage (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro).
No model training
Your spreadsheet data is not used to train AI models.

All uploads and downloads use HTTPS in production.

Download a report with zero changes, review highlights, then apply fixes when you are ready.
Full change log
Every Excel download includes a Changes sheet listing row, column, before, and after.
How we protect your files
Authentication & access
App routes under /app require sign-in. Job files and downloads are scoped to the account that uploaded them — never shared via public URLs.
File storage
Uploaded and cleaned files are stored in private object storage (or in-memory during local development). Buckets are not public; downloads go through authenticated API routes only.
Retention & deletion
Files and job records expire after 7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro. A scheduled retention job runs daily to remove expired storage keys. You can also delete jobs manually from your dashboard.
Transport encryption
Production deployments should serve the app over HTTPS so uploads and downloads are encrypted in transit.
No training on your data
Spreadsheet contents are processed to detect and fix issues. They are not used to train machine learning models.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Polar. We store plan status and Polar customer IDs — not card numbers.
